Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms: These Terms govern your use of the LittleGood mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Martin Hasenpflug. You are not permitted to copy, modify, extract the source code, translate it, or create derivative versions.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the App and for any consequences thereof:
- Device Security: You are responsible for keeping your phone secure. We strongly advise against "jailbreaking" or "rooting", as it may compromise security and functionality.
- Data & Charges: Functions require internet. You are responsible for data charges (including roaming). If you aren't the bill payer, we assume you have permission.
- Device Power: Keep your device charged. We cannot be held liable if you cannot use the App because your battery has run out.

We are committed to making the App efficient. We reserve the right to make changes or charge for services (with clear communication) at any time.
- You agree to accept updates when offered.
- We do not guarantee updates for every OS version.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we rely on third parties for some data.
We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on the functionality of the App.
